Per-Lot Auction Timer
Some organizers want a visible countdown per lot — 15 or 30 seconds to bid before it's automatically marked sold — to keep a long player pool moving briskly. Today, pacing is entirely in the auctioneer's hands rather than clock-driven, and a configurable per-lot timer is on our roadmap rather than a current feature.

- Would keep large player pools moving at a predictable pace
- Would be configurable per auction rather than a fixed global setting
- Would still allow the auctioneer to override if genuinely needed

- Per-lot auction timer is on our roadmap and not yet shipped. We would rather tell you that upfront than have you discover it mid-auction — ask our team for the current build status before you plan your event around it.

- The auctioneer verbally sets the pace — most experienced auctioneers develop a natural rhythm of calling bids and moving lots along without needing a strict clock.
- Will the timer be mandatory when it ships?
- The plan is for it to be optional and configurable per auction, since not every organizer wants a strict countdown.
