Terms of Service

Cricket Auction Pro provides web-based tools for tournament organizers to configure cricket player auctions, collect public player registrations, run live bidding, show a spectator display, and export results. Features may evolve over time.

The product is an initiative of Praesidio Care. It is designed for organizers of sporting auctions and related operations — not as a financial exchange, gambling product, or payment gateway.

• You must have authority to bind the organization you register.
• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your organization workspace.
• We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or security risk.

Each organizer workspace can create auctions subject to plan limits (maximum teams and payment status). You must ensure auction rules, team purses, player eligibility, and fee amounts comply with your tournament regulations and applicable law.

You are solely responsible for communications with players, collection of player fees, and decisions to approve or reject registrations.

If you enable public registration, you act as a Data Fiduciary for player personal data you collect. You must:

• Collect only data needed for your auction
• Obtain appropriate consent (including parental/guardian consent for children)
• Handle photos, phone numbers, and payment references lawfully and securely
• Respond to player requests relating to their registration data

Our role as platform provider is described further in the Privacy Policy.

Pricing is primarily per auction based on maximum teams. A free plan may be available for small auctions (for example up to 3 teams). Paid plans require manual UPI/bank transfer and verification by our team before full auction access is unlocked.

• One verified platform payment unlocks one corresponding auction (not unlimited auctions).
• Transaction references must be accurate; misuse or reuse of UTRs is prohibited.
• Player registration fees are paid to the organizer’s own bank/UPI details — not to Cricket Auction Pro as a marketplace escrow.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass payment, authentication, or access controls
• Probe, scrape, or disrupt the service or other users
• Use the platform for gambling products prohibited by law
• Misrepresent affiliation with Cricket Auction Pro or Praesidio Care

The Cricket Auction Pro software, branding, and content (excluding your tournament content) are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your tournament data, logos, and player materials you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process them to provide the service.

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live auction nights depend on your devices, network, and venue setup. We may modify features, plans, or these Terms with notice where required.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that auction outcomes, exports, or displays will be error-free in every environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Cricket Auction Pro (an initiative of Praesidio Care) and Praesidio Careshall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for disputes between organizers, teams, and players. Our aggregate liability arising from the service for a paid auction shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for that auction.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your auction rules, player fee collection, misuse of personal data you collect, or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
