Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy applies to platform plan payments you pay to Cricket Auction Pro to unlock a paid auction (UPI/bank transfer verified by our team).

It does not cover player registration fees paid to a tournament organizer’s own UPI/bank account. Those are solely between the player and the organizer.

Auctions within the free team limit (currently up to 3 teams) do not require a platform plan payment. No refund applies.

• After you submit payment details, our team verifies the transaction. Access for that auction is unlocked only after approval.
• One approved payment is linked to one auction. It cannot be reused to unlock additional auctions.
• If verification is rejected (incorrect UTR, mismatched amount, duplicate reference, or suspected fraud), you may resubmit correct details for the same auction where the product allows.

We may consider a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis if:

• You paid twice for the same auction due to a verified duplicate transfer
• We fail to unlock a correctly paid auction after successful verification through our fault
• We cancel a plan offering and cannot provide a reasonable alternative

Refund requests should be raised promptly (preferably within 7 days of payment) via the contacts below, with transaction reference, auction name, and proof.

• After an auction has been unlocked and substantially used (teams/players configured or live bidding started)
• Change of mind, postponement, or cancellation of your tournament by you
• Choosing the wrong team-tier plan after unlock (we may help you upgrade; downgrades are not automatically refundable)
• Issues caused by your venue network, devices, or misuse of the product
• Player fee disputes between organizers and players

You may stop using Cricket Auction Pro at any time. Deleting or abandoning an auction does not automatically trigger a refund once access was granted. Account closure requests can be raised through Contact; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

Approved refunds, if any, are processed back to the original payment instrument where possible, within a reasonable banking timeline after approval.
