Cricket Auction Pro
Roadmap— Planned — beyond the current results/reports screen.
Auction Analytics & Trends
Beyond a straightforward results list, there's real value in trend analysis — which player role got the most inflated bidding, how spend was paced across the auction, which team overpaid relative to category averages. That kind of analytics layer is planned but goes beyond what today's results and export screens cover.
Why organizers use this
- Would surface spend trends across player roles and categories
- Would compare bidding pace across different phases of the auction
- Would help committees plan next season's base prices using real data
Typical use cases
- A league organizer wanting to see if all-rounders consistently go for a premium
- A multi-season tournament comparing spend patterns year over year
Frequently asked questions
- Is Auction analytics available today?
- Auction analytics is on our roadmap and not yet shipped. We would rather tell you that upfront than have you discover it mid-auction — ask our team for the current build status before you plan your event around it.
- What can I analyze today without this feature?
- The results and export screens give you the raw numbers — team spend, player prices, unsold counts — which many organizers already pull into a spreadsheet for their own analysis.
- Will analytics be available across multiple auctions, not just one?
- That's part of the intent, particularly for organizations running the same tournament across multiple seasons, but scope isn't finalized.
