Manage Multiple Tournaments in One Account
A district cricket association or a corporate sports committee rarely runs just one event a year — they run a summer league, a monsoon knockout, a corporate cup, sometimes all under the same organizing body. One organization workspace can hold multiple tournaments, and each tournament can, in turn, run its own auctions with independent teams and purses.
Why organizers use this
- One login covers every tournament your organization runs
- Each tournament keeps its own teams, players, and auction rules isolated
- Historical tournaments remain accessible for reference and reporting
- No need to create a separate account per event or per season
Typical use cases
- A district association running a summer league and a winter knockout under one account
- A corporate sports committee organizing a cricket cup alongside other annual events
- An academy running age-group tournaments (U-14, U-16, U-19) as separate events
Frequently asked questions
- Do different tournaments share the same player pool?
- Each auction has its own player pool by design, since squads, purses, and rules are usually specific to that tournament. You can re-register the same player into a new tournament when needed.
- Is pricing per tournament or per auction?
- Pricing is per auction, based on the maximum team count for that event — running multiple auctions across tournaments means paying for each based on its own size.
- Can different team members manage different tournaments?
- Role-based access lets you assign people to specific responsibilities across your organization's tournaments rather than giving everyone full admin control.
