Automated Auction & Tournament Notifications
Sending an automatic "your registration is approved" or "auction starts in 1 hour" alert is a natural feature request, and it's on our roadmap. Right now, organizers still handle these updates themselves, usually over WhatsApp or a phone call.
Why organizers use this
- Would reduce manual follow-up for registration status updates
- Would remind players and team owners ahead of auction start time
- Would extend naturally into match-day reminders once fixtures exist

- Automated notifications is on our roadmap and not yet shipped. We would rather tell you that upfront than have you discover it mid-auction — ask our team for the current build status before you plan your event around it.
- How do organizers notify players today?
- Most use a WhatsApp broadcast list or group, combined with checking registration status manually on the dashboard.
- Will notifications be SMS, WhatsApp, or email?
- That's still being scoped — the goal is to reach organizers and players wherever they already are, most likely a mix of channels.
