Roadmap— Data is hosted on cloud infrastructure; a dedicated downloadable backup feature is planned.
Cloud Data Backup
It's worth being precise here: your data is already stored on managed cloud database infrastructure, not on a single laptop that could be lost or reformatted — so the underlying risk a backup feature protects against is already reduced. What's on our roadmap, and not yet shipped, is a self-serve "export everything" button for organizers who want their own downloadable copy of full tournament data beyond the existing results exports.
Why organizers use this
- Would give organizers a self-serve full data export beyond just results
- Would complement the cloud hosting that already protects against local device loss
- Would help associations archive complete season data outside the platform
Typical use cases
- An association wanting an annual archive of every auction's full dataset
- An organizer switching tools who wants to take their historical data with them
Frequently asked questions
- Is Self-serve full data backup/export available today?
- Self-serve full data backup/export is on our roadmap and not yet shipped. We would rather tell you that upfront than have you discover it mid-auction — ask our team for the current build status before you plan your event around it.
- Is my data safe without this feature?
- Yes — your data is stored on managed cloud database infrastructure with standard operational safeguards, independent of any single device. What's missing today is a self-serve full export button, not data safety itself.
- What can I export today?
- Results (team squads, purses, unsold players) can already be exported as Excel or PDF from the results screen for any completed auction.
